新型密封箱过渡辊台是浮法玻璃生产线上锡槽与退火窑之间的过渡部分，玻璃带在此处成型并通过过渡辊台及退火窑辊道拉引送往冷端。我公司所开发的新型密封箱过渡辊台实现了在线换辊，采用陶瓷辊解决了辊子上粘的锡难以清除和钢辊热膨胀问题。对提高玻璃质量有明显作用，已获得国家发明专利。

      New seal box lift-out is transition part between tin bath and annealing lehr on float glass production line where the glass ribbon is formed and is conveyed to cold end by drawing of lift-out roller and annealing lehr rollers.With this new seal box lift-out roller developed by our company, it could realize online roller changing while it is easy to remove the tin stick on the roller and to avoid heat expansion of steel roller by adopting ceramic roller. It has obvious function to improve glass quality and has been got state invention patent.
